Afghans in the US and Europe Protest Pakistan’s Attacks on Afghanistan

Dozens of Afghans living on both sides of the Durand Line gathered in front of the White House to protest against continued attacks by Pakistan’s military regime on Afghan territory and civilians.

The protesters described Pakistan’s military regime as a terrorist structure due to its alleged support for terrorism and said that during the holy month of Ramadan it targeted and killed ordinary Afghans.

They stated that Pakistan’s attacks on Afghanistan violate all international laws and called on the international community and the United States to prevent such actions by the Pakistani military, which they say have made the killing of Afghan civilians routine.

One protester said:
“We have gathered here to condemn a month of bombing by Pakistan’s oppressive and unjust regime against innocent Afghan civilians. In these bombings, women and children are being targeted. We came in front of the White House to condemn this oppression and injustice. We call on the international community and the US government to stop Pakistan’s actions and not allow the Pakistani regime to bomb Afghan women and children in the middle of the night while they are asleep.”

A female participant in the protest said:
“Our goal in gathering here is to condemn the bombing of Afghan civilians, women, and children by Pakistan’s military regime. Under the name of fighting terrorists, they target innocent women and children. We want to show the world that terrorism and its financing come from Pakistan and its military leadership, and international organizations must stop the Pakistani military regime from these actions.”

Afghans also staged a protest in Hamburg in response to Pakistan’s attacks on Afghanistan.

The protesters condemned the strikes and chanted slogans in support of Afghan forces, calling on the international community to take serious action against Pakistan’s aggression.

One protester said:
“Once again we call on the international community, human rights organizations, and other institutions to urgently put pressure on Pakistan so that it stops bombing Afghan territory and civilians.”

Analysts say the unity of Afghans both inside and outside the country against Pakistan’s aggression shows that the honor and independence of their country are more important than anything else to them.

Political analyst Najibullah Jami said:
“The unified stance of Afghans at home and abroad against Pakistan’s aggression and their support for the national defense forces shows that the honor and independence of our country are our highest priorities, and no power can divide us.”

There is a widespread belief that Afghans cannot tolerate crimes committed against their country and people and will raise their voices against injustice wherever they are.

Some analysts say Afghans have always remained united against foreign aggression and, in such circumstances, set aside their internal differences to prioritize national independence.

Political analyst Toryalai Zazai said:
“Wherever Afghans are, they do not remain silent about the crimes committed in Afghanistan over the past half century and will continue to raise their voices through protests and condemnation.”

Another political analyst, Idris Mohammadi Zazai, said that support for Afghan national and defense forces both inside and outside the country demonstrates that whenever the issue of the homeland and national values arises, Afghans unite and stand in one line against their enemies.

Afghans who participated in the protest in Hamburg said they plan to expand their demonstrations to other cities across Europe and will continue them until the world takes clear and practical action against Pakistan.
