In the new order of Sheikh Hibatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the IE, all government officials and security forces have been instructed that no one is allowed to beat anyone with sticks, whips, cables or any other punishment without a court order.
It was also ordered that when soldiers take prisoners, whether they are political prisoners or civilians, they do not have the right to punish them without the decision of the court.
It is stated in the order that no one is allowed to photograph or video the execution of the sentence.
According to the order, those who violate the above recommendations are considered criminals and the relevant officials have been given the task of arresting them and handing them over to the law.
