Residents of Khost, Paktia, and Paktika provinces, while expressing full support for Afghan defense forces, have called on the government to allow a popular uprising against the Pakistani military regime.
During large demonstrations, participants condemned the Pakistani military’s brutal attacks and bombings on Afghan soil and assured Afghan security forces of their unwavering support under any circumstances.
Protester Mohammad Khan said:
“The people of Afghanistan have historically shown that they respond firmly to every aggressor and invader.”
Abdulhadi, another protester, added:
“Our youth and elders stand shoulder to shoulder with the security forces and will take part in the jihad.”
Abdulkabir said:
“We call on the people across the border to rise against the oppressive Pakistani army and have the government support them.”
According to the demonstrators, Afghans have never remained silent in the face of foreign aggression and will resist the evil enemy named Pakistan under any circumstances. They also noted that Afghans who have taken up arms against invaders have yet to see the enemy succeed.
People from Paktia, Paktika, and Khost assured that Afghans are ready to sacrifice their lives and property in defense of their homeland and to confront any enemy.
Protester Ubaidullah Garbez said:
“Our entire population awaits the government’s order to wage war against Pakistan.”
Gulab Shah added:
“This is a war on our land, and we will defend it under all circumstances.”
Makin Pashtun said:
“We will stand with the security forces until the last bullet and continue the fight.”
Demonstrators condemned the Pakistani military attacks on Afghanistan and urged officials to begin resistance. They assured that they are ready to fight alongside Afghan forces along the frontline and defend their territory.
They also called on the Pakistani people to reject the malicious intentions of their army and rise against war and violence.
