Mujahid further said that Habibullah Shaker, the former police chief of Takhar has been appointed as the police chief of Samangan, Nooruddin, the former head of construction and property affairs of the Ministry of National Defense has been appointed as the deputy governor of Jawzjan, the former deputy governor of Jawzjan, Mawlawi Gul Mohammad has been appointed as the head of the Department of Construction and Properties of the Ministry of National Defense and the former deputy governor of Khost, Mawlawi Mohammad Anwar has been appointed as the head of education of Khost.
