A number of political experts believed that Iran considers Afghanistan’s water vital for the lives of its people and is against its consumption in Afghanistan.
They said Tehran has been recommending a wide broad government to Kabul for the past two years, with the aim of placing people who are committed to the interests of Iran in the Afghanistan political system.
These experts deemed that Afghanistan’s neighboring countries and some regional countries are talking about a coalition government in Afghanistan, which has two goals behind it, first is the entry of their favorite figures into the Afghanistan political system, to keep their interests, and the other is imposing pressure on Afghan government that might reach their goals this way.
They believed that Pakistan, Russia and some other countries have the same interests as Iran in Afghanistan.
“The suggestion of the inclusive government that is raised by the countries of the region has two goals. First, to place their favorite figures in the political system of Afghanistan in order to secure their interest. Secondly, to use the issue as a pressure to reach their goals.” Political commentator Qarib Rahman Shahab commentated
Some others uttered that the inclusive government which is recommended by the Afghanistan’s neighboring countries is not acceptable to Afghans.
They suggested that the countries that want an inclusive government for Kabul should first apply it to themselves. In Iran, only one group, all of whom are Akhund, is running a government by force over the different tribes and religious followers living in Iran.
“Afghans do not want a collective government that our neighbors suggest through which they want to secure their own interests by their favorite elements, as Iran does not have itself such a collective government.” Sarwar Niazai, a political analyst said
Experts deemed that Afghanistan’s neighbors and some regional countries want to establish an administration of their choice in Afghanistan once again and have a representative in Kabul’s domestic and foreign politics.
Political expert Hikmatullah Hikmat said: “These countries, which actually have bad intentions for Afghanistan, want to establish such a small-scale administration in Afghanistan to protect their interests and place their representative in Afghanistan’s politics.”
Political expert Turiyalai Zazai requested the Interim Government of Afghanistan to establish such a policy that no country dares to present the version of Afghanistan’s government.
According to Zazai, the IE should not value those meetings and gatherings in which their representatives are not invited to participate.
He added: “The IE rules all over Afghanistan and it should maintain its independence and should not allow any country to suggest them the type of government and not value the meetings where their representatives are not invited.”
The position of the IE is clear in this regard. Kabul has always insisted that its government is inclusive, in addition to having representatives from all tribes and provinces in the cabinet, 500,000 employees of the previous government are working with it. There are speakers of all languages and followers of different religions in the body of the government.
