Speaking in a press conference the spokesman for Iran’s foreign ministry Nasir Kanani said that Tehran supports an inclusive government, peace and stability in Afghanistan.
Kanani added that Iran’s foreign policy towards Afghanistan is principled, clear and uncontroversial.
He added that Iran wants the establishment of a broad-wide government with the presence of representatives of all ethnic groups and is against foreign players in Afghanistan under any pretense.
According to Kanani, the interference of foreigners is not acceptable for Tehran and demands combat against production of narcotics in Afghanistan.
Kanani added that Tehran will seriously follow the holding of bilateral meetings with the Interim Government of Afghanistan and multilateral meetings with the regional countries in order to draw the attention of the international community and the countries of the region to solve the problem of Afghanistan.
Meanwhile, the IE said that Tehran should prove its economic and diplomatic relations with Kabul.
